Where these are printed, and what happens after you order

Nothing is printed until it is ordered. Each print is made after it is ordered, which takes 1–3 working days, and then 2–7 working days in the post. Delivery is included in the price.

Who sells these?

Marti & Rok is a trading name of Emanuel Mårdsjö, Enskild firma (sole trader), Sweden, VAT SE900713097501. The full trading identity, the registered address and the dispute-resolution body are on the legal notice. Questions go to info@martiandrok.com and are answered by a person.

Where are the prints made?

Available at 70×100, 50×70 and 30×40 cm. Printed to order on 200 gsm matte paper at a press near the delivery address, and shipped worldwide. Frames are not included; the frame in the photographs is there to show scale. A press near the delivery address means a European order is printed in Europe and posted inside it, which is why an order does not cross a border to reach you and why the delivery estimate below is as short as it is.

How long does an order take?

Between 1 and 3 working days to make, then between 2 and 7 working days in the post. Delivery is included in the price.

What if you change your mind, or it arrives damaged?

You can cancel within 14 days of the print arriving, without giving a reason, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is yours unless the print arrived damaged or wrong, and we will tell you what it costs before you commit. Roll it rather than folding it — a folded print cannot be refunded in full.

Where else can you buy them?

The same prints are listed on the shop's Etsy storefront. The work, the paper and the sizes are identical; the prices differ slightly, because the two marketplaces charge us differently and that is passed on rather than averaged out.
