1 · Who you are buying from
Marti & Rok is a trading name of the business identified on our
Legal page, which carries the registered name, address, VAT
number and contact details required by law.
We are the seller. Your contract is with us. We use a print partner to
produce and ship, but they are our supplier, not yours — if anything is wrong,
it is ours to fix.
2 · What you are buying
A printed poster, produced to order and shipped to you. Not a file, not a
licence, not a subscription.
Each listing states the size, the paper and the price.
You own the print. Hang it, frame it, give it away, sell it on. What you may
not do is reproduce the artwork — the image remains ours. Buying a print is
not buying the right to make more of them, print it onto other things, or use
the image commercially.
3 · Prices
Prices are in euro and include Swedish VAT at 25 % and shipping. The
price shown is the price paid; nothing is added at checkout.
We may change prices, but never after you have ordered.
If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we may cancel and
refund rather than fulfil. We will tell you why, promptly.
4 · Ordering
Your order is an offer. The contract forms when we confirm it by email.
We may decline an order — if we cannot print it, cannot ship to the address, or
suspect fraud. If we have taken payment, we refund it in full.
5 · Delivery
See Shipping. Typically 3–8 working days, worldwide.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If it is damaged in transit, that is ours,
and Returns & Refunds covers it.
Delivery times are estimates. Where delivery is materially late and that matters
to you, tell us and we will refund rather than argue about a carrier.
6 · Changing your mind
14 days from delivery, no reason needed. Full terms in
We do not claim the made-to-order exemption. Printing on demand is how we
produce, not a reason to remove your rights — the exemption is for goods made to
your specification, and a size chosen from a catalogue is not that.
7 · Colour and material
Prints are on uncoated stock. Colours sit slightly softer than a backlit screen,
and papers vary a little between production runs. **That is the material, not a
fault.** Beyond ordinary variation it is a fault, and we reprint or refund.
8 · If something is wrong
Tell us at info@martiandrok.com. We reply within three business days.
Your statutory rights on faulty goods are longer than any period on this page
and are not affected by it.
9 · Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — death or personal
injury from negligence, fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the order.
10 · Law
Swedish law, and the Swedish courts. **If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep
the mandatory protection of your own country's law and may bring proceedings
there.**
Consumers in Sweden may refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN),
arn.se. We follow ARN's decisions.
11 · Changes
We may update these terms. **The version that applies to your order is the one
published when you ordered.**
