The print

What it is
A sheet of paper, printed for your order. It is sent rolled in a rigid tube and never folded, because a crease does not come out.
Paper
Uncoated stock, 200 gsm, printed with pigment inks. The sheet has a 5 mm unprinted border on all four edges.
Sizes
30×40 cm / 12×16″ · 50×70 cm / 20×28″ · 70×100 cm / 28×40″. All three unframed.
Shipping
Printed at a press near the delivery address, so most orders never cross a border. Three to eight working days, a little longer outside the EU where customs can hold a parcel.
Returns
Fourteen days to change your mind in the EU, EEA and UK, counted from the day the print arrives. Printing to order does not take that right away. Return postage is yours unless the print arrived damaged or wrong, and for a damaged print a photograph is enough.
